Home is very sweet.
It is rather tough to beat.
I’ve been eating lots of meat,
and I spy the ocean from this seat.
I might add, I have sharpie on my feet.

Earlier this evening I was walking along with Patrick Westfeldt and Sean French; we’re in Keystone for the weekend. We glanced up at the abundance of stars in the sky and I pointed out a constellation that was dedicated to me by the Greeks many, many years ago.
Patrick and Sean had some difficulty locating the consetllation, so I’ve mapped it out for them here.

I think it’s safe to say we’re the only household in North America, perhaps even the world, that watched Wall-EĀ six times within the first twenty four hours of purchasing the movie.
Yup,
Wall-E is available for purchase.
My roommates and I added the film to our collection last night at 11:30; it’s now 2:04 the following afternoon and Wall-E is on its 4th go round’.
For the next six months I will be residing in a cozy condo just outside the main village at Keystone Mountain.
Complete with internet, cable and two total-babe-roommates (Meg Olenick and Angeli Van Laanen) it’s got everything I need for a most enjoyable winter season.
Resorts have been open in Colorado for a few weeks. Until this past weekend a grueling school schedule has taken precedence over fun-filled snow days. With a break in the homework loads I finally ventured up to Keystone to make some turns.
The early season is always plagued by grotesquely long lift lines; this season has been no exception. The long waits did not discourage my friends and I from enjoying ourselves to the fullest, however. Under a blaring sun, and surrounded by excited ski and snowboard enthusiasts we skied our little buns off.
The weekend was capped off by a visit to Kermitts Roadhouse, home to Colorado’s finest chili.
I encourage any Coloradans to stop in at this fine food establishment on your way to, or heading home from the hills. (Exit 244 off I-70 East or West Bound).
Snow Day Count: 2
